Arrival:
When you plan your arrival time, please take into account that rooms are only available from approx. 3:00 p.m. onwards.
We are not always able to confirm the reservation of a particular room or floor.

Departure:
Please check out not later than 11:00 a.m.
We charge 3 full days in cases of early departure. For reservations made in davance, we kindly ask our guests to reconfirm their arrival a week before.

 

Short Stay:
for stays of less than 3 nights there is a
surcharge of EUR 3,- per day/per person.

 

Fixed rates for Children starting from Winter 2011/12

Per child sharing a double room with parents
up to 3 years free of charge,
age 4 - 9 EUR 32,-
age 10 - 15 EUR 42,-
age 16 and above minus 20%.

Surcharge for single room:
EURO 12,- per night (Category A + B)

Dogs:

welcome upon prior notification, EUR 5,-- per day
(dogs not allowed in the dining room).

Wireless Lan Station at the Reception, stay online during your holiday with our laptop and your personal access code. Call of your e-mails, surf the net and more...

Payment:
Cash payment continues to be the most efficient method of payment.
We also accept ATM, MasterCard or Visa.

Cancellations and Cancellation Insurance:
Cancellations are always a difficult subject both for our guests and for us.
We recommend that our guests purchase travel cancellation insurance.
We would be happy to provide you with more information.
Cancellations are only valid in writing. If they are made 3 months in advance, no cancellation fee will apply. For cancellations made between 3 months to 14 days prior o the scheduled date of arrival or in cases of early departure, we are obliged to charge a cancellation fee amounting to 70% of the booked stay

To and from the train stations in Kufstein and Wörgl.
